Our office staff is available for scheduling appointments from 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, PST. Calls after business hours are forwarded to a supervisor and are monitored regularly.

Non-Emergency Medical Transport

Please keep in mind that we normally require at least (5) five business days (Monday thru Friday) for scheduling by phone and fax. Requests made via email and online form should be sent at least (7) seven business in advance.

We are, however, known for our ability to come through for our customers when requests are made at the last minute. We often can work in same day appointments for new or established clients. If you're in a bind with an appointment that you weren't expecting, give us a call! We'll do everything we can to work it in.
